Terms of Service#

Effective date: 29 October 2026

These terms apply to the alobert.com website and to Alobert Connect (the “Service”), both operated by the owner of alobert.com.

Personal service. Alobert Connect is a private tool for my own Google accounts. It is not offered to the public and no one else may connect an account to it.
Google accounts. Using Google products through the Service is also subject to Google’s own terms, including the Google Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Privacy. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Website content. Blog posts are shared under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license unless stated otherwise. Code snippets are provided as examples without warranty.
No warranty. The website and the Service are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss arising from their use.
Changes. These terms may be updated; the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

个人服务：Alobert Connect 是只连接我本人 Google 账号的私有工具，不对外开放，其他人不得接入账号。
Google 账号：通过本服务使用 Google 产品时，同时受 Google 自身条款约束，包括 Google 服务条款和 Google API 服务用户数据政策。
隐私：数据处理方式见隐私政策。
网站内容：除非另有说明，博客文章按 CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 协议共享；文中代码仅作示例，不提供任何保证。
免责声明：网站和本服务按”现状”提供，不作任何形式的保证；在法律允许范围内，我不对因使用它们造成的损失负责。
条款变更：本条款可能更新，新版本会发布在本页并更新生效日期。
